What is it?

As a former competitive bodybuilder, I had to lose a lot of weight fast, without the use of dangerous drugs or diuretics (while still having to train hard!). So I created The Clean Zone Diet™, a simple, clean diet that works to burn fat, build muscle, and increase energy. It helped me win numerous contests, hands down! Now I use it with all my clients, with great success!

Is it like other diets?

No! There are no gimmicks, and no hidden buy-ins. It’s safe and simple, and it’s based on leading-edge research that alters certain hormones responsible for weight gain, unhealthy cravings, slowed metabolism, fatigue and anxiety. It offers a new way to work with our bodies—from a cellular perspective. No more counting calories!

How does it Work?

It is an individual, step-by-step program made just for you! Since no two people are alike, no two protocols are alike. The program is based on slow, integrated change based on your individual goals and needs.

First, you fill out two Food and Lifestyle Journals and send them back to me. I assess them using my BioMarkers, giving each one a grading out of 5 marks. From there, we determine what changes you need to adopt to start shifting you toward healthier eating and lifestyle habits, and put you back on the road to optimum health and energy! Every week, you’ll receive another set of protocols to continually move you toward your goals.
